Injection molding auxiliary machine
Multi-axis servo robot for injection molding machine
The Multi-axis Servo Robot for Injection Molding Machine is a high-precision, intelligent automation equipment widely used in injection molding production lines. It is mainly used for the two core functions of automatic part removal and insert embedding, which significantly improve production efficiency, product consistency, and operational safety. In terms of automatic part removal, the equipment can accurately grab injection-molded plastic parts (such as home appliance housings, automotive parts, daily necessities, etc.) and stably place them on the conveyor belt or designated workstation to avoid burns or quality fluctuations caused by manual operation; at the same time, it can also realize in-mold labeling (IML), automatic stacking and arrangement of finished products to meet the needs of mass production. In terms of insert embedding, the robot can accurately implant metal screws, electronic components, seals and other inserts into the mold cavity before closing the mold, so that the molded product forms a composite structure (such as electronic connectors, automotive functional parts), and supports multi-material molding processes, such as two-color injection molding. The multi-axis servo robot can also integrate a visual inspection system to perform quality inspection during the part removal process, or automatically trim the sprue and burrs through a dedicated end tool (EOAT) to further improve the product yield. With its 3-axis/5-axis/6-axis servo drive system and programmable path control, the equipment can perform complex movements and adapt to high-precision and flexible production needs. It is widely used in industries such as automotive manufacturing, electronics and electrical appliances, medical equipment, and packaging. It is key equipment for realizing intelligent and efficient injection molding production.
