Injection molding machine mold temperature controller
An injection molding machine mold temperature controller can effectively improve production efficiency and product quality. It adopts advanced temperature control technology and ensures that the mold maintains a stable working temperature throughout the injection molding process through a precise temperature adjustment system. The temperature controller provides two different temperature control modes: water transport mode and oil transport mode to meet different production needs.
Water transport mode: suitable for mold temperature control at room temperature or medium and low temperature environments. Water has excellent thermal conductivity and has a good heat exchange effect during temperature control, so it is suitable for the temperature control needs of most conventional molds. The water transport mode can quickly and evenly heat or cool the mold to ensure temperature stability during the injection molding process, and is particularly suitable for the production of general plastic products. This mode not only has a high heat exchange efficiency, but also reduces energy consumption. It is the most commonly used method in the temperature control process.
Oil transport mode: suitable for temperature control needs of high temperatures or special molds. As a heat conduction medium, oil has high thermal stability and low volatility, and is suitable for mold temperature control that requires a high temperature environment, such as injection molding of high-performance plastics and thermoplastic elastomers. The oil transport mode can provide more precise temperature control, especially in production environments with a wide temperature range or higher requirements, which can effectively avoid temperature fluctuations and ensure that the mold temperature works stably within the precise set range. It can also operate stably for a long time at high temperatures, ensuring a high-precision and high-efficiency production process.
